M150 and C125 VPN remote connection

Postby Cosmo99 on Mon Jan 10, 2022 10:36 pm

Hi, I use a router to connect the M150 and the C125 dash to a common LAN and access from PC over wifi. I would use a bridged VPN server installed on the router to remotely access the LAN network from PC as a clinet. Both the programs, M1 Tune and C125 dash manager, discover the devices. I can connect without problems to the dash, but when I try to connect to the ECU, M1 Tune is not responding and crashes.
Could anyone help me?
Thanks

Hi,

Is this causing M1 Tune to generate a dmp file? If so, can you email that file to support@motec.com.au thnaks.

Thanks for reply.
No, there's no dmp file.

Hi,

In M1 Tune, under the View drop down menu, you will find the Show Messages and Show ECU Monitor window options, if these are both enabled and an attempt is made to connect to the M1, what errors come up?
